Today marks one month since our wedding and I never got a chance to just say thank you to You and Ed and all of the TFM support we received. Everyone is still talking about the catering and the pork loin was a hit! We also received the gift basket and we appreciate it so much. Whatever was going on behind the scenes (and I know there was something because I forgot the orange juice) you guys pulled it off without me having a clue! Everything was GREAT, absolutely fantastic. Everything from planning with you all the way up to the things you did to make the day so super special!
I hope business is booming this holiday season. I will certainly visit when I can!

I appreciate the fact that you worked with me and always responded to my e-mails during a busy time for Two Fat Men! The day after the wedding Eli and I were eating on the leftovers, in fact, my whole family was :) I really do appreciate all of your hard work and Ed's as well!! Any future brides will know how amazing you guys are!! I also wanted to tell you that the tablescapes were beautiful! It's exactly what we wanted! Our guests also devoured the fruit and cheese bar, it was a big hit!! Thank you so so much for everything!!

Dear Ed, Karen and Staff,
We want to personally thank you for making our daughter’s wedding reception on May 1, 2010 (aka The Nashville Flood) an absolutely transparent success. I’ll just TRY to relay the experience, but words cannot describe the events; your positive attitudes, tenacious abilities, and comfort to our family’s historic event’s success.
May 1, 2010 Nashville began receiving the torrential rains, which ultimately flooded our city beyond comprehension. After news and experience of the torrential rains were pounding on our Outdoor Reception plans, with no letup in sight, we “diverted” the reception to our church. Through flooding road passages and logistical blocks, you all continued to provide our entire parties with a reception which was described as, “you would have never known that it was not planned this way”.
Karen, you are a lifesaver with your positive attitude with life itself, muchless a tense wedding reception and all of the variables associated. Ed, you are the most talented “designer” of palette enhancements (food) I’ve experienced, along with your positive leadership skills for your team.
I could go on and on, but we cannot describe how your team made “lemonade out of the sourest lemons known” and made our daughter’s wedding a complete success.
